Our Faucet Guarantee

  When you buy a faucet, you expect years of service. We agree!

NMC Decor provides a 5-Year Limited Warranty on all faucets. During the applicable warranty period, NMC Decor will replace any part or finish that proves defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use, and service. Simply send us an image of any failing surface or part within the warranty period and we will send a replacement part or, if a replacement part is not practical, we will replace your faucet. Alternately, NMC Decor may opt to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. These are your exclusive remedies.

This warranty does not cover, nor will NMC Decor be liable for, any damage to the faucet due to improper installation, maintenance or repair, misuse, outdoor use, freezing water, using the faucet for an unintended purpose, and/or failure to follow reasonable care and cleaning instructions. NMC Decor's warranty is exclusive to the faucet. NMC Decor shall not be responsible for any labor charges to repair, replace, install or remove the faucet. The provisions of this warranty, including its limitations, are intended to apply to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of New York.
