When Will My Package Arrive?

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of the delivery of your item(s) to request and ship your return, subject to the following requirements:

  • Review your items upon delivery.
  • Items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. If the item(s) are not returned within this time period, your return request will be automatically closed and your purchase will be ineligible for a refund. Items returned outside of the 30-day return window are not eligible for refund or reshipment to you.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns, such as your E-Receipt sent when your order was placed, or your order number. Can't find your order? Our support team is happy to help.
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled or unused, and in its original packaging. In the event of receiving a damaged or defective item, sending us a photo of the damage or defect is required and will greatly speed up our ability to replace or refund your order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges of items that are not in like-new condition because of use, misuse or damage caused by a customer, or caused by failing to properly pack and ship your return items. You may wish to insure your return package if it contains a fragile item in order to file a claim with the shipping provider if the item arrives to us damaged—and therefore ineligible for a refund—due to shipping mishandling.

Contact us at We will send you a paid, return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your return was accepted based on the requirements listed above. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you have any questions or concerns, we are here to help.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll make it right. Contact us right away with any concerns about defective or damaged merchandise. Sending us photos of the defect or damage is required and will greatly speed up our ability to replace or refund your item(s).

Can I exchange an item? Of course! Please return the item you received, and once the return is accepted and refunded, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

What if I need to cancel my order? We can accept cancellation of your order for items that have not yet shipped or are on backorder. In-stock items normally ship within 24–48 hours after an order has been placed. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible because it is in transit to you. When you have received your item contact us to receive your return label. We will refund your order in full once we have received your returned item(s) in their original condition and packaging.

Our team members work to come to the best solution to our customers' return requests based on the information we require customers to provide when opening a return request. Failure of the customer to provide required information and/or return their item(s) in a timely manner limits the solutions our customer support members can provide.
